Frequently
asked questions

  • We offer customized solutions for many scenarios. Our top use-cases for IoT applications in a Smart City are: managing public events, ensuring optimized usage of “green” routes by employing air pollution sensors, elevating Smart City tourism experiences, upgrading public safety, and coordinating your city’s assets via smart traffic information systems and other IoT-based facilities management.

We also help Smart Cities with logistical challenges like routing traffic or crowds at public institutions – any place where asset tracking systems using IoT may be beneficial.

City residents and business owners also benefit from a Thinkz partnership. Simpler parking, access to public spaces, and real-time monitoring of environmental conditions all make living easier in a Thinkz city. Business owners can take advantage of Happy Zones, specific areas your city wants to promote for tourism that enrich local businesses along the way.

  • Getting started is easy with a seamless onboarding process we call Zero Touch.

Thinkz provides a user-friendly dashboard that allows the city to centralize IoTs on Thinkz map, ultimately creating an overview of all their data. There is no program to download, no training on a new platform, no need for a tech consultant, and no need to integrate code.

This is all accessed also via an application programming interface (API) that gives city managers an overview of data in a centralized map. The same API can be applied for other usages.

  • No. We serve from small cities with local needs to megalopolises with international concerns and connections. The only requirement is that the city wants to improve the lives of their residents by employing Smart City solutions using the latest technology.

  • No; in fact, it’s limitless! The more IoTs in Smart Cities, the more efficient the residents’ lives can become.

  • Absolutely not. Cities that want to build toward a smart-city-in-IoT future are welcome to partner with us. Our dashboards and maps display every kind of smart city connectivity and IoT device.

  • Great question. We use publicly available open data to train our AI models.

  • No. Thinkz uses a push system, we don't access municipalities' databases. We only use asynchronous data . Therefore, even in a case where Thinkz is hacked, there’s no way your information will be compromised.

  • We created and patented a system called Live Data Verification (LDV). Using several artificial intelligence (AI) and statistical models.

We receive data to accomplish two goals: First, to predict future outcomes based on past events, and second, to address real-time anomalies. Once received, we verify all data to ensure accuracy. The second it’s verified, it’s published and accessible.
